Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Powerhouse who doesn't just run ads but builds trust. You will be responsible for bridge-building between our degree programs and potential students by developing innovative marketing hooks that generate high-quality leads through genuine, credible storytelling.
- Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Creative Lead Gen: Develop and execute "out-of-the-box" marketing campaigns designed specifically to capture qualified leads.
- Trust Architecture: Design communication strategies that build authority and make prospects believe in the value of our programs.
- Authentic Content: Move beyond generic marketing; create genuine, relatable narratives that resonate with the audience’s career goals.
- Strategic Ideation: Continuously brainstorm and test new channels and creative formats to stay ahead of the competition.
- Candidate RequirementsCreative Brain (Mandatory): You must be able to prove you can think differently. We aren't looking for a template-user; we need an original thinker.
- Psychology of Trust: Deep understanding of consumer behavior—knowing exactly what makes a person click "Apply" and trust a brand.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to turn creative ideas into measurable results (leads/conversions).
