Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer whose primary mission is to build a high-volume, low-cost lead engine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across social media and search platforms, with a relentless focus on optimization and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Multi-Channel Lead Gen: Drive high-quality leads daily through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end digital funnels—from ad creative testing to landing page conversion.
- ROI & Optimization: Constantly monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead). Your goal is to lower costs while increasing lead quality through A/B testing and audience refinement.
- Data Analytics: Track campaign performance daily, providing clear reports on spend vs. conversion and identifying which "hooks" are working best.
Candidate Requirements
- Digital Expert: Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytical Mindset: You love numbers and know how to read data to find "leakages" in the sales funnel.
- Budget Efficiency: Proven track record of managing budgets effectively—you know how to get the most "bang for the buck."
- Optimization-First: Experience in scaling winning campaigns and killing underperforming ones quickly.
