Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities)
1. Patient Registration & Reception
- आने वाले सभी मरीजों का स्वागत करना।
- OPD/IPD मरीजों का पंजीकरण (Registration) करना।
- नए मरीज की Patient File बनाना।
- पुराने मरीज की फाइल निकालना एवं अपडेट करना।
- Patient UHID Number Generate करना।
2. Appointment Management
- डॉक्टरों की OPD Appointment बुक करना।
- Appointment Confirmation एवं Reminder देना।
- Walk-in एवं Emergency Patients को उचित विभाग में भेजना।
- Doctor Schedule Maintain करना।
3. Front Desk Management
- Reception Counter की सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी संभालना।
- मरीज एवं परिजनों की समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
- Hospital Information प्रदान करना।
- Inquiry Handling करना।
4. Billing Coordination
- OPD Registration Fee Collect करना।
- Consultation Charges Collect करना।
- Payment Receipt जारी करना।
- Daily Cash Collection Report तैयार करना।
- Billing Department के साथ समन्वय करना।
5. Telephone Handling
- Incoming एवं Outgoing Calls Handle करना।
- Doctor Appointment Calls Attend करना।
- Ambulance एवं Emergency Calls संबंधित विभाग तक पहुंचाना।
6. Record Management
- Patient Records Maintain करना।
- Daily OPD Report तैयार करना।
- Appointment Register Maintain करना।
- Visitor Register Maintain करना।
7. Insurance & Government Scheme Support
- Ayushman Bharat मरीजों को मार्गदर्शन देना।
- Insurance Desk के साथ Coordination करना।
- आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों की जांच करना।
8. Patient Relationship Management
- Patient Feedback लेना।
- Patient Complaints दर्ज करना।
- Patient Satisfaction सुनिश्चित करना।
- Follow-up Calls करना।
9. Marketing Support
- OPD Camp Registration करना।
- Health Camp Patients का Data Maintain करना।
- Referral Patients की जानकारी रिकॉर्ड करना।
- Sahiya, ASHA एवं Referral Sources का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
