Job Description
Location: Pithampur (Sector 3)
Industry: Fabrication
Experience Required: 10-15 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the fabrication unit
- Monitor production planning and meet delivery timelines
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Maintain quality standards as per company requirements
- Handle manpower management, supervision, and team coordination
- Ensure safety compliance and proper use of machinery and equipment
- Coordinate with different departments like Purchase, Stores, and HR
- Prepare and maintain production reports and MIS
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
