- Responsible for managing branch operations and ensuring achievement of business targets. - Oversee affordable housing loan products and customer relationship management. - Lead and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent service and meet organizational goals. - Coordinate with regional teams and ensure compliance with banking policies. - Manage branch profitability and risk management related to lending. - Handle customer grievances and maintain branch reputation. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the affordable housing sector. - Ensure smooth functioning of all branch activities including sales, collections, and documentation. - Drive business growth by identifying new customer segments and opportunities. - Maintain accurate records and reports for branch performance evaluation.Job role
