Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Sattur, Dharwad
Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment process, Payroll management, Statutory compliance
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Support current and future business needs through talent management
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Maintain pay plans, benefits programs, and performance management systems
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership
Requirements & Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Experience with HR software and systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualification:
MSW
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification.
Demonstrated ability to develop HR policies and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exp: 5 years
Languages preferred; Hindi, English, Kannada
