Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and commission electroplating machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly layouts, and technical specifications.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electroplating machines, pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and piping systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out repairs to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Assist in fabrication, fitting, alignment, and testing of machine components.
• Support machine installation and maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and inspection checklists.
• Follow safety standards and quality procedures at all times.

Requirements

• ITI Fitter / Mechanical Technician / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery assembly, maintenance, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, bearings, gearboxes, and piping systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for site installation and service assignments when required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
