Job Description

1) Operation as per the SOP and Maintenance of boilers and keeping boile ready for annual inspection.

2) Maintaining of Boiler Steam as per the Set Parameters.

3) Maintaining boiler feed water parameters and blowdown parameters along with stack monitoring.

4) Dosing chemicals usage and their stock updating.

5) Performing Weekly, Monthly,Quaterly & Annual preventive maintenance.

6) Fill of the LOG sheets in the given GMP log book with GDP practices.

7) Providing Tag system while performing maintenance activity.

8) Application of the LOTO before carrying any maintenance work at boiler.

9) Maintenance of the circulating pumps
