HVAC Technician

1. Monitor, Control, Maintain & Repair all HVAC equipment's and

components to manufactures recommendation, i.e. AHU's, blowers, valves,

motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication etc.

2.Make rounds of all AHU's service areas identify and repairing any

potential problems and keep the systems and rooms clean.

3.Monitoring and controlling the room parameters as per the cleanroom

practices.

4.Coordinating with the external agency during validation and

calibration activities.

5. Perform maintenance and service repairs on pneumatic controls,

electric controls and humidity controls.

6.Implement indoor air quality control and conduct confidential reports

to risk management on IAQ issues and act as a liaison for technical support

for resolving problems.

7.Monitor and test water conditions in hot water and chilled water

systems using chemical treatment.

8. Performing maintenance and service repairs on hot water and chilled

water piping, along with air and hydronic balancing.

9.Carrying out PM as per the schedules and cleaning the prefilters with

in the frequency.
