Waiter

We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or order slips.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and ensure the restaurant is always presentable.
• Deliver checks and collect payments efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar customer service role (preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply).
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long shifts.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
