  • ✅ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:रेस्टोरेंट के डेली ऑपरेशन्स को मैनेज करना
  • स्टाफ को मैनेज करना और उनकी परफॉर्मेंस मॉनिटर करना
  • कस्टमर को अच्छी सर्विस देना और शिकायतों को सही तरीके से संभालना
  • सेल्स बढ़ाने के लिए नए आइडियाज और एक्सिक्यूशन करना
  • ऑर्डर बढ़ाने और कस्टमर एक्सपीरियंस सुधारने पर फोकस करना
  • किचन और सर्विस में क्वालिटी और हाइजीन बनाए रखना
  • इन्वेंटरी (स्टॉक) का सही मैनेजमेंट करना
  • डेली रिपोर्टिंग और अपडेट ओनर को देना
