Job Description
Zikshana is looking for a passionate, energetic, and growth-oriented All-Rounder Executive who is ready to learn, get trained, and eventually teach students across multiple domains including STEM, Computers, and English Communication Skills.
We are seeking individuals with a strong learning mindset, confidence, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities who can grow along with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in STEM-based educational activities
Support computer training and digital learning programs
Help students improve spoken English and communication skills
Coordinate classroom activities, workshops, and student engagement programs
Handle documentation, presentations, and computer-based tasks
Participate in training programs and continuously upgrade skills
Teach and mentor students after training and guidance
Support overall operations and educational initiatives of the organization
