Job Summary

A Social Science Teacher is responsible for teaching subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, Economics, and Political Science. The teacher creates engaging lesson plans, assesses student progress, and promotes critical thinking and responsible citizenship.

  • Key Responsibilities : Plan and deliver Social Science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
  • Encourage classroom discussions and critical thinking.
  • Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  • Use technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
  • Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
  • Participate in school meetings, training, and extracurricular activities.
