Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the most suitable academic programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling parents and students, managing the admission process, maintaining records, and achieving admission targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Student & Parent CounsellingCounsel prospective students and parents regarding the institute's courses, curriculum, and teaching methodology.
• Understand the student's academic performance, strengths, and areas of improvement.
• Recommend suitable courses and study plans based on the student's needs and career goals.
• Explain the admission process, fee structure, scholarship policies, and payment options.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with parents and students.
• Admissions & Enquiry Handling
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, website enquiries, and social media leads.
• Ensure prompt and professional follow-up with all prospective students and parents.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by effectively addressing concerns and highlighting the institute's value proposition.
• Guide parents through the complete admission process, including documentation and fee payment.
• Lead Management
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and pending cases using the institute's CRM or admission software.
• Schedule counselling appointments and maintain a daily follow-up calendar.
• Ensure that no enquiry remains unattended and that every prospective student receives timely communication.
• Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, educational events, and admission drives.
• Generate admissions through referrals, school visits, local outreach programs, and community engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.
• Student & Parent Relationship Management
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to every parent and student visiting the institute.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for newly admitted students.
• Address admission-related queries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive relationships to encourage referrals and repeat enrolments.
• Administrative Responsibilities
• Collect and verify admission documents.
• Prepare admission forms and maintain student records.
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding fee collection and receipts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission and enquiry reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional information.
