Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Dombivli East, MIDC

Department: Claim Executive and Manager

Reports To: Back Office Manager

Job Overview:

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s operations by performing administrative tasks, data entry, documentation management, and coordinating between different departments. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in managing data entry and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.


Prepare and process documents, reports, and spreadsheets as per company requirements.


Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of information.


Handle inquiries and provide support to clients or customers where applicable.


Assist with order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.


Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.


Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Handle communication and scheduling tasks for various departments as required.


Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.



Requirements:



A degree in business administration/Any graduate or related field is preferred.
