Executive Chef

Job Description – Executive Chef (Neapolitan Pizza & Italian Cuisine Specialist)We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations of our newly opening restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Neapolitan pizza making, Italian cuisine, menu development, food quality control, and kitchen management. The Executive Chef will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and oversee the production of authentic Neapolitan pizzas, fresh pasta dishes, and other Italian menu items.
• Expert knowledge of Neapolitan pizza dough fermentation, hand-stretching techniques, wood-fired/deck oven baking, and traditional Italian cooking methods.
• Develop and standardize recipes to maintain consistency and food quality.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Ensure proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
• Coordinate with management for menu planning and seasonal specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during service hours.
• Minimize food wastage and control kitchen expenses.
• Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Pizza/Pasta Chef.
• Must be an expert in authentic Neapolitan pizza preparation and Italian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, baking techniques, fresh pasta making, sauces, and Italian culinary traditions.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations independently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and previous salary)
