PROJECT MANAGER FACADE INDUSTRY

As a Facade Project Manager, you will act as the single point of contact responsible for realizing high-end architectural envelope solutions—including unitized curtain walls, stick systems,Aluminium Doors & windows, Glazing Facade, ACP cladding, and glazing. You will bridge the gap between architectural intent, structural engineering, procurement, and onsite execution to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop Schedules: Create detailed project programs (manpower, fabrication, and installation timelines) aligned with the main construction schedule.
• Manage Installation: Supervise site engineers, foremen, and installation teams to ensure smooth onsite operations.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure all necessary equipment, scaffolding, and rigging tools are available as per project planning.

2. Design & Engineering Coordination

• Review Submittals: Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with designers and facade consultants for structural feasibility and shop drawing approvals.
• Technical Interface: Guide technical teams on material optimization and detailing.
• Testing: Oversee prototype mock-up testing and site performance tests for air permeability and water tightness

3. Budget & Commercial Management

• Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track actual expenses against estimates, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Change Orders: Manage variations, evaluate cost impacts, and prepare documentation for claims and invoicing.

4. Quality Assurance & Safety

• Compliance: Ensure all facade elements meet building codes, structural specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Quality Control: Guide quality teams in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and QC procedures for fabrication and installation.
• Site Safety: Review and enforce site safety plans, rigging safety, and fall protection requirements.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as the main bridge between the client, main contractor, architects, vendors, and local authorities.
