Registered Pharmacist

Overview:

This position is responsible for compounding and dispensing prescribed drugs as per physicians'. The pharmacist has to manage a high volume of prescriptions and get involved in operational activities.

Job description:

• Check prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient.
• Digitize the medicines as per the prescription.
• Contacting referring physicians' offices with questions over prescription.
• Handle customer queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution.
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers' medical details.
• Take calls for Home Delivery and upsell
• Make cold calls to take feedback and upsell
• Make calls to promote the Ecom / Tcom business model
• Qualification and Experience:
• D.Pharm/B.Pharm with a minimum of 2-5 yrs of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Basic computer: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Registered Pharmacist Licenses (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
