Job Description
Job SummaryKPro Digii is looking for an energetic and confident Outbound Sales Telecaller to connect with business owners, generate qualified appointments, and promote our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert cold prospects into sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake 80–120 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce KPro Digii's digital marketing solutions, including:
- Social Media Management
- Meta & Google Ads
- Branding
- Website Development
- Video Production
- Lead Generation
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation.
- Good listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising agencies, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)80–120 outbound calls per day
- 25–35 meaningful conversations per day
- 8–12 qualified appointments scheduled per week
- Minimum monthly meeting target as assigned
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
