Agriculture Production Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Project Supervisor to manage and supervise our agriculture-related projects including mushroom farming, nursery management, landscaping, and plant development activities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of modern farming practices, team handling, and day-to-day farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mushroom cultivation and production activities
• Handle nursery operations including plant propagation, maintenance, and inventory
• Manage landscaping projects and plantation activities
• Monitor plant growth, irrigation, composting, and pest management practices
• Ensure proper maintenance of farms, nursery, and greenhouse areas
• Coordinate with labour teams and monitor daily work progress
• Maintain production records, stock, and operational reports
• Implement quality control and hygiene standards in farming operations
• Support development of new agriculture projects and plantation plans
• Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and manpower

Required Qualifications

B.Sc Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture or related field

• Experience or knowledge in mushroom farming, nursery, landscaping, or protected cultivation preferred
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilizers, and plant care
• Ability to manage field staff and daily operations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Experience1–5 years preferred
• (Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply)
