Job Description
- Key Roles and Responsibilities – Student Counselor (College Admissions)Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by building strong relationships with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM or student database.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
- Participate in admission campaigns, school visits, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and documentation requirements.
- Support orientation and onboarding activities for newly admitted students.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets while delivering excellent student service.
