Job Title
Service Advisor/ Service Technician
Job Summary
The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop team. The role involves receiving vehicles, understanding customer complaints, preparing job cards, coordinating repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer vehicles and explain service processes
- Understand and record customer complaints accurately
- Prepare job cards and estimate repair/service costs
- Coordinate with technicians for repair updates
- Recommend periodic maintenance and spare replacements
- Deliver vehicles after explaining work completed
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Maintain service records and customer database
- Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets
- Ensure cleanliness and proper workflow at the service reception
- Required Skills Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of motorcycles/scooters
- Computer knowledge for billing/job card software
- Ability to upsell accessories and maintenance packages
- Problem-solving and coordination ability
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred
- Experience in automobile service industry preferred
