Requirement for confident, energetic individual with experience in commercial bakery/kitchen management, staff training & management, production SOP creation, quality control, wastage management and multiple-outlet supervision. He will be required to help and establish standardized processes and systems - to scale up operations in our newly opened central kitchen.
