Job Description

As a Business Associate, your primary objective is to build and manage your own team of Life Insurance Agents (Financial Consultants). You will act as a mentor and strategist, ensuring that your team is well-trained and capable of providing quality financial protection solutions to customers.

  • ​Key Responsibilities​Recruitment: Identify and onboard potential candidates to work as Life Insurance Agents.
  • ​Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance understanding within your team.
  • ​Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by motivating agents to meet and exceed their monthly sales targets.
  • ​Field Support: Accompany agents on client meetings to provide on-ground support and assist in closing high-value life insurance sales.
  • ​Relationship Management: Maintain long-term engagement with your agent force to ensure low attrition and consistent productivity.
