Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly disciplined, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our premium residential project, Shyampur Sonar Abash. This is a significant development requiring a supervisor who excels in managing high-volume workloads, maintaining strict quality standards, and driving timely project execution from structural phases through to final finishing.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction work, ensuring execution strictly aligns with approved architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and quality benchmarks.
Labor & Contractor Management: Coordinate, monitor, and manage daily wage labor, subcontractors, and specialized trade crews to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines.
Material Inventory Tracking: Manage the receipt, storage, and consumption of construction materials (cement, steel, finishing goods). Ensure zero wastage and maintain precise daily logbooks.
Quality Control & Finishing: Supervise both core structural work and high-end finishing cycles (plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrical fit-outs, and external painting) across all project sites
Progress Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and update project management/management teams regarding milestones, material requirements, and on-site bottlenecks.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols on-site to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all workers.
