• Retail Sales Target Achievement: Execute company sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within the assigned area or territory. This includes achieving volume and value goals via distributors, dealers, and direct-to-consumer sales.
• Market Expansion & Coverage: Identify and onboard new channel partners (retailers, distributors, showrooms) and identify untapped market areas to increase company presence.
• Channel Partner Management: Build strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to maximize sales opportunities, manage inventory levels, and ensure product availability.
• Merchandising & Brand Visibility: Ensure proper merchandising, product placement, and branding at retail locations. Implement region-specific campaigns to enhance visibility and sales.
• Customer Relationship & Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring high customer satisfaction to promote loyalty and repeat business.
