Relationship Manager - MF
- Client Acquisition: Identify unserved/underserved rural or semi-urban areas and form new Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
- Disbursement Targets: Meet or exceed monthly loan disbursement quotas.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products (like micro-insurance or savings accounts) to existing group members. [1]
- Timely Repayments: Conduct regular center meetings (weekly/bi-weekly) to collect scheduled EMI installments. [1, 2]
- Zero PAR (Portfolio at Risk): Prevent accounts from slipping into default by executing follow-ups and field visits to non-paying clients. [1, 2]
- Delinquency Control: Manage early warnings (e.g., Non-starters or overdue accounts) to maintain a healthy and high-quality loan portfolio. [1]
- Group Appraisal: Conduct thorough field visits and personal discussions to evaluate the repayment capacity and creditworthiness of group members.
- Loan Utilization Checks (LUC): Verify that disbursed funds are being utilized strictly for their intended income-generating purpose. [1]
- Customer Retention: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to minimize customer attrition.
- KYC & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications are 100% compliant with company guidelines, KYC norms, and audit policies.
- Group Training: Educate clients on group dynamics, financial literacy, and the terms & conditions of their micro-loans
