Relationship Manager - Retail
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively source new home loan customers through market mapping, builder tie-ups, developer events, and customer referrals.
- File Processing & Documentation: Collect and verify all mandatory borrower documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers, bank statements).
- Credit Evaluation: Conduct initial field visits (FIV), assess repayment capacities, and coordinate with the credit/risk team to process approvals smoothly.
- Disbursement Targets: Manage the entire loan lifecycle from initial application to final property valuation and seamless loan disbursement.
- Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and cross-sell allied financial products like home insurance, life insurance, or credit cards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
