Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant who can act as the financial backbone of our organization by ensuring accuracy, accountability, and smooth financial operations. This role goes beyond routine bookkeeping and requires an individual who can maintain financial clarity, support business decisions through accurate reporting, and ensure every transaction contributes to an organized and efficient financial system.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily financial activities and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and monitored.
• Maintain and organize financial records to create a reliable and transparent accounting system.
• Manage the flow of invoices, payments, collections, and expense tracking activities.
• Review and reconcile banking transactions and identify inconsistencies for timely resolution.
• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow management.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless financial communication.
• Verify supporting documents and maintain a well-structured financial documentation process.
• Assist with payroll support, financial planning, and budget monitoring activities.
• Participate in audit preparation and ensure financial records are maintained according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience using Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software tools.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards, taxation procedures, and reporting practices.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
