## Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Barista (Cold Beverage Specialist)** with experience in preparing a wide range of chilled beverages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about quality, presentation, hygiene, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

## Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve milkshakes, fresh juices, smoothies, boba drinks, Italian sodas, mojitos, falooda, avil milkshakes, cold coffee, and other signature beverages.

* Prepare snacks such as waffles, pancakes, French fries, wedges, fish fingers, and similar quick-service items.

* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station and kitchen.

* Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.

* Follow standard recipes and operating procedures.

* Operate blenders, juicers, deep fryers, waffle makers, sandwich toasters, and other kitchen equipment safely.

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

* Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.

## Requirements

* Minimum **1 year of experience** in preparing chilled beverages at a café, juice shop, bubble tea outlet, QSR, or similar establishment.

* Experience in preparing milkshakes, fresh juices, smoothies, boba drinks, and mocktails is preferred.

* Knowledge of basic snack preparation will be an added advantage.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

## Compensation

* **Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)
