Job Description
Cafe Manager – Full Time Location: Kochi
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day café operations smoothly
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Control inventory, ordering, and daily stock checks
- Coordinate with the central kitchen and the area manager
- Handle billing, cash, and basic daily reports
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
- Support sales growth and reduce wastage
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager / Store Supervisor
- Good leadership and team-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory
- Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
- Honest, responsible, and customer-focused
