Cafe Manager – Full Time Location: Kochi

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day café operations smoothly
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Control inventory, ordering, and daily stock checks
• Coordinate with the central kitchen and the area manager
• Handle billing, cash, and basic daily reports
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
• Support sales growth and reduce wastage

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager / Store Supervisor
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory
• Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
• Honest, responsible, and customer-focused
