Job Description
We are a growing construction and building materials company based in Kochi, looking for a confident and people-friendly Customer Relationship Executive to be the voice of our brand. You will connect with builders, contractors, and customers, understand their needs, and help our sales team close deals faster.
What You'll Do:
- Call and follow up with potential customers and existing clients
- Explain our products and offers clearly in Malayalam / English
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the field sales team
- Maintain and update customer records daily
- Coordinate between customers and the internal team for smooth order processing
- Share daily call reports with the manager
What We're Looking For:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (Englis is a plus)
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- Willingness to learn about construction/building products
- Freshers welcome — we will train you
