Common Responsibilities (Field & Telecalling)
Recovery Targets: Achieving individual and team-level collection targets within specified timeframes.
Negotiation: Discussing repayment options, offering settlement plans, and persuading customers to pay outstanding dues.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payments, and agreements in the CRM system.
Dispute Resolution: Handling customer queries, grievances, and discrepancies regarding loan amounts.
Compliance: Adhering strictly to ethical standards and legal regulations, including not using abusive language or threatening behavior.
Payment Collection: Facilitating the payment process via digital methods or collecting instruments, while avoiding the acceptance of cash whenever possible.
