Job Description
- Pick up parcels from customers as per assigned schedule
- Deliver shipments to customers within the promised timeline
- Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss
- Collect payments (COD) when required and submit accurately
- Maintain delivery records and update status in system/app
- Plan routes efficiently to save time and fuel
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
