Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels
- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Organizing and participating in Job Fairs, Campus Drives, Walk-in Drives, and Recruitment Events
- Building relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells for campus hiring initiatives
- Managing candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer rollouts
- Maintaining recruitment databases, MIS reports, and hiring trackers
- Supporting onboarding and joining formalities
