Inventory Executive

1.Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics

2. Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes

3. Knowledge in doing planograms to change locations depending on business requirement

4. Supervise up to 20 staff members, including preparing weekly rosters and leading staff evaluations

5. Interview prospective employees and train new staff members

6. Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports

7. Inventory Reconciliations and MIS Reports

8.TO / TI reconciliations

9.Reduction in Damages & Expiries

10.Overall control of Distribution Centers’ Inventories

11. Ensuring stock checks (weekly & monthly)

12. Perpetual Inventory – All Locations

13. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports

14.Preparation of presentations to provide information to different levels of management teams and external people.

15.Fraud assessments & reduction across the business functions

Store Audits

16. Compliance Audit

17. Shrinkage, Dump, Damages & Expiries control / reporting

18. Reduction in pilferage / shrink levels

19. Location wise asset ownership – recording, reconciliation, Periodic verification

20. Trained and mentored new floor staff in tasks including receipting, restocking, documentation
