Job Opening – Liaisoning OfficerExeQ Engineers LLPExeQ Engineers LLP is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Liaisoning Officer to coordinate and manage project-related communications with various government departments and financial institutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain effective coordination and communication with:
- Kerala State Electricity Board
- Electrical Inspectorate Department
- Banks and financial institutions
- Ensure smooth progress and timely execution of ongoing projects.
- Follow up with approvals, documentation, inspections, and statutory procedures.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and achieve desired targets within deadlines.
- Ensure time-dependent completion of project activities without delays.
- Coordinate internally with project, technical, and management teams.
- Handle field visits and official meetings as required.
- Candidate RequirementsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage government and institutional coordination professionally.
- Leadership mindset with accountability and ownership.
- Basic understanding of electrical and infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license preferred.
