Job Description-s looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to support franchise expansion and outlet setup activities across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities✅ Identify suitable locations for new outlets
✅ Conduct site visits, measurements, and property assessments
✅ Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and property owners
✅ Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers
✅ Coordinate outlet setup, branding, and launch activities
✅ Support recruitment and onboarding of outlet staff
✅ Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks
✅ Conduct outlet visits and ensure operational readiness
✅ Maintain reports, photographs, measurements, and project documentation
✅ Coordinate with management, franchisees, and external stakeholders
