Operations Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily business operations, ensure smooth client onboarding, coordinate internally across departments, and help maintain excellent customer service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Onboarding Support

• Coordinate with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new clients efficiently.
• Manage onboarding documentation, approvals, and initial account setup processes.
• Guide clients through the onboarding journey to ensure timely activation of services.

Operational Support

• Handle routine operational tasks including data entry, documentation, and customer account updates.
• Track progress of ongoing client onboarding and update internal systems accordingly.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Support, and Finance) to resolve onboarding or support-related issues.

Process Coordination

• Ensure operational processes and onboarding steps are followed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all accounts, communications, and handovers.
• Assist in preparing standard reports for operations and customer success teams.

Customer Service Assistance

• Respond to basic client queries or redirect them to the appropriate team.
• Ensure clients are informed about the status of their onboarding and support tickets.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain accurate and updated onboarding checklists, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure all onboarding and operational activities comply with internal policies and customer agreements.
