Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct joint measurements with clients, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills, final bills, and support all billing-related documentation.
- Verify quantities from drawings, BOQs, site measurements, and work progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for measurement confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, material consumption, and work executed.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up with clients for certification and approvals.
- Handle payment follow-ups, documentation, and update billing status regularly.
- Analyze project costs, track budget vs. actuals, and highlight discrepancies.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and assist in tendering when required.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out / civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing procedures, RA bills, and measurement methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different sites.
- Preferred AttributesExperience working with interior design or turnkey construction companies.
- Strong sense of ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with clients and handle on-site coordination.
