Job Description
Job Summary: We are hiring an Outlet Captain for Elite Foods, (TDH - Cafe) at our Unnichira, Edappally branch. You will manage daily outlet operations and supervise the floor team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Supervise, lead, and guide the team (Barista, Commi crew, and Utility staff).
- Ensure smooth customer service and handle billing.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and outlet cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 2+ years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in a restaurant/cafe.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
