Job description: Sales Manager – Logistics & Courier Sector

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the logistics and courier sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth, along with deep knowledge of logistics and courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients in the courier and logistics domain.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to deliver results.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
