Job Overview

The Assistant Manager – Team Leader is responsible for driving business growth, managing client portfolios, and supervising Relationship Managers to achieve branch-level business targets & objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships.

● Drive Revenue and AUM for the team and achieve business targets

● Lead and mentor Relationship Managers.

● Drive branch revenue and AUM growth.

● Conduct portfolio reviews and advisory support.

● Monitor team productivity and sales performance.

● Ensure adherence to compliance and operational standards.

● Coordinate with product and research teams for client solutions.

● Ensure Multilayer customer relationship

● Must conduct and take sessions

● Maintain portfolio quality

Requirements

● MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent.

● 5–9 years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.

● Prior team handling experiences preferred.

● Strong leadership and client management skills.

Preferred Certifications

● NISM / AMFI certifications.

● CFA / CFP preferred.

KPIs, KRAs & Risk Focus

● Team revenue & topline achievement.

● AUM growth and retention.

● Team productivity and target achievement.

● Timely closure of client and operational requests.

● Achieve Cross-selling & Upselling targets.

● Risk and audit compliance.
