The RoleAs the first point of contact and the primary layer of defense, you are responsible for maintaining a secure environment through constant observation and strict adherence to site-specific safety measures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVigilant Patrol: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols to identify and mitigate safety hazards or unauthorized activity.
• Access Control: Manage entry points with precision—verify credentials, log visitors, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Emergency Response: Act as a calm, decisive first responder during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
• Incident Reporting: Maintain clear, accurate, and professional daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Customer Service: Provide a polite but firm presence, assisting clients and visitors while maintaining a high level of security awareness.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and react quickly in physical situations.
• Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to give clear instructions under pressure.
• Reliability: A spotless background check and a reputation for showing up on time, every time.
