About the Job

We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Executive to handle project-based sales in Ernakulam district.

The role mainly focuses on Asian Paints products and allied construction hardware supplied to projects, contractors, builders, and dealers.

If you have strong market connections and can close high-value project orders, this role offers excellent earning potential and growth.

Products to Handle

• Asian Paints (Project & construction range)
• Silicone Sealants, PU Foam
• Spray Paints & Adhesives
• Masking Tapes, Solvents
• Short Arm Hinges & Glass Fittings
• Construction & Hardware Consumables

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close project sales (builders, contractors, interiors, architects)
• Promote Asian Paints and allied construction products
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop strong relationships with:
• Contractors
• Builders
• Retailers
• Channel partners
• Identify new project opportunities in Ernakulam district
• Manage and guide junior sales staff (if required)
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Submit basic sales and market reports

Eligibility / Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in:
• Construction materials / Paints / Hardware sales
• Project sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of Ernakulam market
• Experience with Asian Paints products is a BIG PLUS
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Languages:
• Malayalam & English – Mandatory
• Hindi – Advantage
• Must be willing to travel locally

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)
