About the Role
We are looking for a fresher or entry-level Technical Content Writer who loves writing and wants to learn about messaging technology (WhatsApp API, RCS, SMS). You will write clear, simple content about our products, APIs, and platform for both technical and business readers. Having SEO knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Write clear and engaging blog posts, articles, FAQs, how-to guides, and webpage content for our products and the Telinfy platform.
• Explain technical concepts (WhatsApp API, RCS, SMS, Voice) in simple, easy-to-understand language for both technical and non-technical readers.
• Support the marketing team with feature updates, case studies, social media content
• Research topics on business messaging, CPaaS trends, and competitor content to generate fresh content ideas.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and a consistent brand voice.
• Keep all content accurate and up to date as products and features change.
• Apply basic SEO practices like keywords, meta descriptions, and headings (training provided).
Skills & Qualifications
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
• Good English writing and grammar skills
• A genuine interest in technology and writing
• Willingness to learn APIs, software, and messaging concepts
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, MS Word).
• Bachelor's degree in any field
