Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented freshers to join our travel team as Travel Consultants.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with holiday planning, handling travel inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the booking process for domestic and international tour packages.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable tour packages
• Prepare and share holiday quotations, itineraries, and package details
• Follow up with leads regularly and assist in converting inquiries into bookings
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, and travel documentation
• Provide accurate information about destinations, hotels, inclusions, exclusions, and travel policies
• Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer communications
• Support customers before, during, and after the trip for smooth travel experience
• Work with the operations and sales team for package execution and customer handling
• Update package pricing, hotel availability, and travel information when required
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and daily follow-up activities
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
