Job Description
the position Sales Trainer in VODAFONE IDEA LIMITED under the payroll of QUESS.

Role: Zonal Sales Trainer (ZST)
Location: Bareilly
Responsibilities
1. Sales Training
- Design, develop, and deliver structured sales training programs for field sales executives, team leaders, and channel partners.
- Conduct induction training for new hires and refresher training for existing employees.
- Develop training modules, presentations, role-plays, and learning materials to improve sales effectiveness.
- Train teams on sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, negotiation skills, and product pitching.
2. Technical Knowledge & Product Training
- Provide in-depth product and technical knowledge training to sales teams.
- Ensure field teams are updated on new products, services, offers, pricing plans, and market developments.
- Act as a subject matter expert and address product-related queries from the sales force.
- Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions to improve product understanding.
3. KPI Management
- Track and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs) such as target achievement, productivity, conversion rates, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze performance data and identify skill gaps impacting sales outcomes.
- Work closely with sales managers to develop action plans for performance improvement.
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management review.
4. Field Support & Coaching
- Conduct regular field visits to observe sales activities and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Support sales teams during key business opportunities.
- Identify training needs through field observations and performance analysis.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales processes, and company guidelines.
5. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data using Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data validation.
- Maintain training attendance records, assessment results, and performance trackers.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity and training outcomes.
6. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, certifications, field observations, and feedback surveys.
- Evaluate knowledge retention and impact on sales performance after training interventions.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve training content and delivery methods.
- Continuously update training programs based on business requirements, market trends, and performance outcomes.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree & Masters degree
2. 3-5 years of experience in sales, training, or sales management
3. Strong technical knowledge of mobile applications and handsets
4. Excellent training and presentation skills
5. Travel facility
