Job Summary

The Branch Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, achieving branch sales targets, developing market presence, and leading the sales team to maximize branch performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch business growth strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales Executives and Field Staff.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build strategic relationships with local businesses, associations, and influencers.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Review sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards across the branch.
• Coordinate with Operations, Collections, and Accounts teams for smooth branch functioning.
• Recruit, train, and guide new sales personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and chit fund regulations.
