Credit Officer - Agri| Erode

- Training & Knowledge Sharing - Stakeholders Management - Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.- Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management- Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback- Implement system integration plans- Monitor NPA and keep a track of it- Customer visits for PD- Identification of Process and Policy gaps & potential Risk arising out of it.- Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
